I love Mother's Day. It's a time for me to pause and soak it all in- really be grateful for the blessings in my life. I feel so blessed to have a wonderful and supportive mom, a generous and present mother-in-law, three (soon-to-be four) little ones that call me Mom, and a rockstar husband that makes my mom gig so much better. So so grateful and this day is a reminder of all of these gifts.
Antioch took pictures of families on Mother's Day- here was our best attempt.
And our best attempt at home...I'm not sure how many years it will take to get one with everyone looking and smiling.
Playing outside with my loves.
The kids surprised me with flowers in our yard for Mother's Day. They were so proud.
One of my favorite days at Anniston's school is Mother's Day tea. We both get all dressed up and the class performs for the moms. It's such a fun and special time with just me and her (and her class of course).
We also got the treat of seeing Nana the week of Mother's Day. We surprised her with a special tea party and flowers in her honor. The kids loved it...and I think Nana did too.
