4th of July

4th of July started with a fun evening with friends at one of their family farms.

Benton and Anniston both loves the fireworks, Anniston just loved them more from the car.  She sat in Jake's car with the windows up and watched them to block some of the noise.  Whatever works!

So grateful for these women.

After this celebration, we headed to the lake to celebrate with family.  It's always a fun time.  The kids love getting dressed up to ride in the parade.

As the sun set, it was time to go out on the boat to watch the fireworks from the water.  I usually stay home with whatever baby I have at the time, so this was my first time to go out in years.  My dad stayed with Eiley.  Last year Anniston went and got really scared and cried through the show so I was a bit nervous about what we would get.  Once you are out there on the water, you are committed for the whole show...but they all loved it!  It was such a peaceful and beautiful night, and the show was awesome!  What a wonderful night!
