I love Decembers in our house. We celebrate Advent all month, we spend a lot of quality time together, it's cold and cozy, school stops and everyone is home more, the kids wear Christmas jammers all month...it's just a fun month.
I love catching moments like this. Dad reading to the littles in front of the tree in their Christmas jammers.
Trying to fit in a stocking.
Caught them playing in the bath tub.
Listening to Dad tell stories during our family meeting.
Love our Polar Express night. One of our favorite traditions. Wake the kids up, give them their golden tickets, head to a dear friends house, eat treats and await the Polar Express to come pick us up and take us caroling and Christmas light watching. It's truly magical.
Eiley is checking out the Advent set up.
Cookies at the mall with the littles.
I love catching them when they are building forts, using their imagination, just enjoying being kids and being together. May they always be the best of friends.
Christmas movie night with Rara.
Cold day outside helping Dad put the lights on the tree outside.
Blowing out the candles after Advent.
Matching Christmas jammers.
Little cozy bed he made himself in his closet.
My little Christmas girl.
Reading together on a pallet in the living room.
My heart and arms are full.
Like I said, a month of cozy kids in jammers. Lots of pallets and movie nights in December.
Date night with my guy.
Eiley Bear.
She has put them both to bed. She looks a little mischievous.
Sometimes you make it to the grocery store with no shoes. You just keep rolling.
So worn out he passed out on the floor. Love this kid.
Christmas celebrations always include a pizza and movie night, and Sherry and Rara joined us this year.
Trying to fit in her baby doll's wagon.
