Halloween and More Fall 2014

We went to the Trails in our neighborhood for their Halloween party and Anniston got to ride a pony for the first time by herself.  She loved it and she did awesome.  Seeing her on this horse reminds me of riding horses at my grandparents house all growing up.  My grandfather was the best cowboy you'd ever meet.  This makes me miss him.  He was a great man.  If he was here, he would tell Anniston she needs to get that hand off the saddle horn.

Halloween was so much fun this year with our puppy and lion.  Anniston had a great time and would confidently go to the doors to get her treat.  She wanted to go trick or treating every day for weeks after this night.

First haircut for both of them.  I was surprised- Benton was much happier about it than Anniston was. 

Gosh we love this woman.  What a joy it is to have Rara as part of our little family and what a privilege that she chose to live with us for this year.  We love Rara.
