Christmas Tree Night
One of my very favorite traditions is the night we go to pick out our tree. Truthfully I struggle with wanting a fake tree every year. The ease of it, the lack of smell, the lack of clean up, the pre lit feature...it sounds a bit more convenient...but then I have to admit how much I love the hunt of our tree. We all go- the six of us and Rara, and we pick out our tree at Wiggins Tree Farm. Then we head home to get bundled up in Christmas jammers, turn on Christmas music, eat puppy chow, and decorate the tree and the house for Christmas. I love it so much.

Christmas jammers. The best pic out of the 50 or so I took trying to get them to look at the camera and smile.
Decorating the tree
First night of advent. Reading our verses, lighting the candle, singing a Christmas song. This year we sang "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" every night and each of the kids took turns leading us.
Someone loved the puppy chow.
